The aerospace sector thrives on innovation, collaboration, and diverse perspectives. Yet, women remain underrepresented in many areas of the field. We believe that supporting gender diversity is not just a matter of fairness – it’s essential for driving progress and unlocking the full potential of our industry.
With “Women in Aerospace”, we want to shine a spotlight on the experiences, challenges, and successes of women who are making an impact in this dynamic field. By creating a platform for authentic stories and open dialogue, we aim to inspire, empower, and encourage more women to pursue and thrive in aerospace careers.
For the event we are inviting three women from diverse areas within aerospace to share their personal journeys – how they entered the field, the challenges they faced, and the key lessons they’ve learned along the way. This event aims to inspire the next generation of aerospace professionals by showcasing real-life stories of perseverance, passion, and achievement. Through authentic talks, our speakers will offer valuable insights and advice.
