The STEMpower women networking event gives young female students, scientists and graduates the opportunity to exchange ideas with female employees from STEM professions and ask questions about careers, training and challenges in the working world.
At each event, a different company from the network presents itself. Participants gain insights into the corporate culture and learn about internal development opportunities. The aim is to establish initial contacts between the highly qualified participants and the companies. Presentations, personal talks and discussions provide an opportunity for mutual exchange.
