The project consortium “training-aero” bundles aviation-relevant further training offers and thus closes gaps in the education offers for companies. The network is being realised within the framework of the federal programme “Establishment of further education networks” with the support of Munich Aerospace.
The aim of training-aero is to network the further education actors in Bavaria in the field of aviation, to bundle further education offers and to close gaps in offers. Special attention is paid to the promotion of further training in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The training network especially supports SMEs in civil aviation in planning, organising and designing continuing vocational training for their employees.
The project “training-aero” is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as part of the federal programme “Establishment of further training networks”. Munich Aerospace supports the project in particular with considerations on the sustainability structures of the network.
