In 2024, the RLS-Sciences Digital Week will be held from 15-19 April, and will be held under the theme “Science Adoption in Innovation Ecosystems at the Regional Level” .

Today we present the new program for the Forum Munich Aerospace in the summer semester 2024! In the summer semester, you can expect a varied program of exciting lectures and a discussion round on the topic of FCAS. All events are open to students as well as interested participants from industry, research and the public.

As the year draws to a close, we want to extend warm seasons greetings to all of you. It has been a year of remarkable achievements, shared endeavors, and collaborative strides in the aerospace industry.

Together, we have reached new heights, pushing the boundaries of innovation and knowledge. The Munich New Space Summit brought together visionaries of various fields, fostering a global community dedicated to exploring the limitless possibilities of space. Our Summer School empowered the next generation of aerospace professionals, inspiring them with passion and expertise.

Munich Aerospace scholarship holder Salman Ali Thepdawala has been honored by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) with the Emerging Space Leaders Award. He has been awarded for his great commitment and had the opportunity to take part in the 74th International Astronautical Congress in Baku.

Forum Munich Aerospace is entering the next round: In the winter semester 2023/24, we are once again inviting you to exciting lectures as part of the Forum Munich Aerospace. The lectures by experts from the aerospace sector are aimed at students as well as all interested participants from industry, research and the public. After the lectures, we look forward to an exchange over beer and pretzels!

From 25th to 28th July 2023, Munich Aerospace as part of a Bavarian RLS-Sciences delegation visited the RLS-Sciences partner-region São Paulo for a bilateral networking mission at the University of Campinas. Dr Peter Hülse, Head of Strategy and Projects at Munich Aerospace and Lead Coordinator of the RLS-Sciences Global Aerospace Campus project, represented the Bavarian RLS-Sciences aerospace interests to discuss the potential of cooperationand student exchanges.

The 1st Munich New Space Summit 2023 took place at Ludwig-Bölkow-Campus in Taufkirchen, Germany, from 15th to 17th of May 2023. First of all, Munich Aerospace sends a big thank you to all speakers, guests, co-hosts, and sponsors who made this summit such a great success.
